چکیده

Abstract Background Pseudogenes played important roles in tumorigenesis, while there are nearly no reports about the expression and of HSPA7 cancer. Methods Firstly, we used Logistic regression, KS test, GEPIA database, UALCAN database qRT-PCR to analyze level KIRC, then Cox regression Kaplan–Meier curve overall survival (OS) KIRC patients with different Clinico-pathological parameters. Thirdly, multivariate analysis influencing factors compare correlation between clinical Finally, multi-GSEA Tumor Immunoassay Resource (TIMER) explore functional role Results The is highly expressed tumor tissues, its related clinico-pathological features patients. GSEA displayed high were several tumor-related immune-related pathways. With TIMER showed that levels correlated CD4 + T cells, neutrophils Dendritic Cell. Conclusions Our study very progression may act as a poor prognostic biomarker for by modulating immune infiltrating cells.

Adipophilin as prognostic biomarker in clear cell renal cell carcinoma

OBJECTIVE To study the expression of adipophilin (PLIN2), a lipid storage-associated cell protein, in different subtypes of renal cell cancer and to elucidate its prognostic value. MATERIALS AND METHODS Two-hundred-seventy-five patients with renal cell carcinoma (RCC) were included in this study. Immunohistochemistry with a polyclonal antibody to adipophilin was used on the tissue microarray ...

Associated with Poor Prognosis in Clear Cell Renal Cell Carcinoma

Renal cell carcinoma (RCC) is the most common malignant tumour of adult kidney (Eble et al., 2004), and RCC’s histopathology is subdivided into various categories, which clear cell renal cell carcinoma (ccRCC) is the most common pathological category, accounting for 70-80% of all RCCs (Young et al., 2001; Matsuura et al., 2011). In the last decades, there have been immense improvements in the t...

The long non-coding RNA lnc-ZNF180-2 is a prognostic biomarker in patients with clear cell renal cell carcinoma.

Clear cell renal cell carcinoma (ccRCC) is among the most common human malignancies. Long non-coding RNAs (lncRNA) regulate various cellular functions and have been implicated in ccRCC pathogenesis. In order to decipher the molecular biology of this tumor and to identify potential prognostic biomarkers and therapeutic targets, we re-evaluated published lncRNA expression profiling data. An expre...

Metastatic Renal cell Carcinoma Presenting as a clear-cell Tumor in Tongue: A Case Report

Introduction: Metastatic lesions of the oral cavity are extremely rare, accounting for approximately 1% of all malignant oral tumors. The most common primary sources of metastatic tumors in the oral region are, from the most to the least common, the breast, lung, kidney, bone, and colon. Renal cell carcinoma accounts for nearly 3% of all adult malignancies. It usually metastasizes to the lungs,...

Aberrant Methylation of PCDH8 is a Potential Prognostic Biomarker for Patients with Clear Cell Renal Cell Carcinoma

BACKGROUND PCDH8 is a tumor suppressor that regulates cell adhesin, proliferation, and migration. It is often inactivated by aberrant promoter methylation in several human cancers, including clear cell renal cell carcinoma (CCRCC). The clinical significance of PCDH8 methylation in CCRCC remains unclear. The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between PCDH8 methylation and clin...
